the location worked well. it was a short walk to the main canal strip (.. ) the staff was helpful too. the beds were also comfortable.

The room size was quite small. there was not much space to move around. the lack of a closet was also an issue for me. I had nowhere to store my clothes. i also did not like that i could not put things on the room.

I visited local restaurants. They were quite excellent. Smithfield's pedestrian square included local irish music festivals. Rooms, admittedly, were tiny but the pictures online were accurate. I walked everywhere. The location WORKS for me.

The rooms felt dusty and not clean, which bothered my allergies SLIGHTLY.

The hotel staff remains friendly, and everything is clean. The staff was AMAZING even before our trip. They responded quickly with questions about travel, art venues, buses, trains, discounts, and amenities.

The hotel's bar had a good vibe plus nice music at times. The bar gentleman made a delicious lunch as I waited. The lounge area was great. I ordered food from the bar.

The common spaces felt so inviting. I enjoyed the hotel bar. My room was lovely and very well designed. I felt comfortable as a solo traveller and the staff was exemplary. I will return. This spot reminded me of home for a few nights.

The room size did not allow for luggage storage. A closet is needed. The room was quite crammed, with very little space available. I bumped into the metal bed frame.
